Nestled amidst 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, The Waterfall is a quiet dining destination for the discerning. Within the eclectic, colonial interiors lies a treasure trove of fresh seasonal produce. Go try their healthy yet creative dishes inspired by Mediterranean flavours.

Best of all, it was empty at 3pm, which made it perfect for a quick indoor and outdoor shoot haha !

Had a healthy parma ham sandwich and a lamb salad. Service at Shangri-La is always the best, so this is a really great place to be for a peaceful afternoon. One of the attendants even gave me a quick guide to some of the best spots at the Garden Wing to do the shoot.

What a treat to go to Wanderlust. I have always wanted to come here. And Cocotte - Wanderlust's resident restaurant is so super good - you have to go and try.

Located on the ground level of Wanderlust, Cocotte serves up unpretentious, rustic French cuisine in a casual and comfortable setting.

Almost every table ordered Cocotte's famous Mussels Mariniere. These are Live Blue Mussels cooked in a heady mix of white wine, garlic & parsley. Yummmmy. Cocotte gave a generous serving of mussels broth which I slurped up like a soup.

Cocotte's signature Poulet Roti is worth the 45 minute wait because it is too good. This is a whole roast chicken, using cage free, antibiotic & hormone free chickens. Served with seasonal vegetables & pan gravy. You must dip the chicken into the pan gravy because this is the best gravy ever !
