OOTD → Halloween Night

This is my first time celebrating Halloween. I've never been to a Halloween party before and I don't think I am good at acting scary, so I decided to go to the party as a cutie kitty.

My makeup skills certainly sucks. I've never painted leopard spots on my face before.

When it is too late to learn slowly, Youtube becomes your best friend. I found some videos and subsequently spent around 45 minutes to draw the prints. Phew ! I think the result wasn't too bad for a first timer.

OOTD:
Top & Bottom: Bershka (the leopard top is extremely soft and fluffy and it feels very light and well ventilated. I didn't feel hot at all even in the midst of a large crowd.)
Cat ears hair band: From a random store at Bugis village.
Makeup Items Used:
Foundation → 3ConceptEyes Glossing Waterful Foundation
Photo credited to Chica Display.  You can follow them on Facebook & Instagram @chica_display for 100% authentic 3CE cosmetics !
Surprisingly my make up was pretty intact and looked good after an entire night pre-drinking along the river bank and subsequent partying at Zouk ! It didn't feel oily, nor sticky and no smudges.

Eyeshadow → 3CE Cosmestic One Color Eyeshadow → Valenti
Photo credited to Chica Display. I opted to use my finger tips to apply the eye shadow. It was easier to get it on the skin.

Leopard Prints
1st: Use Maybelline HyperSharp Liner to draw the outer leopard circles on your face.
2nd: Use the 3CE cream shadow - Golden Nude as the gold pigment print. Fill in the circle by brush. As this is a delicate filling, suggest you not to use your fingers. Stick to the brush instead.

Cheeks:
1st: Use the cream blusher - Coral Coral. It gives you a natural peachy look.

2nd: Use the Maybelline HyperSharp Liner to draw the cat whiskers.

And finally wala ! Here's the finished look:

Sister Outing → Camwhore With Casio Exlim ZR1000 At Marmalade Toast

Camwhore With Zan At Marmalade Toast
Photo montage credited to Zan
Every week we try to meet up for gossip & unwinding ourselves. Everytime we hang out, we will set a theme and a challenge. We really love to DRESS-UP!!. Today's challenge is hair! This is big headache for me. I used to sport short hair and don't typically do anything special to my hair. But I still managed to do the SIMPLEST hairstyle - High Pony Tail!

it looks easy, but actually it took me half an hour to complete. I'm real noob when it comes to hair.

The mission of the day was also try out my new camera - the Casion ZR1000.

Here's the first photo for us using the Casio ZR1000.

Zan: princess curl hair with polka dot hair band (so not her!! 做作到~~~拉长音) **做作 mean affection

The Casio ZR1000 really did a good job here. I liked the way the photos turned out. Damn nice. Zan's OOTD style was the Sweet Princess Style. My OOTD style was Japanese Kawaii.

We were pretty late meeting up. By the time we reached Duxton Hill, we realized that the cafe was going to close.

But we were still happy to be there and we promised to come earlier next time.

We continued cam whoring in the cab. ** hmm I surely miss the times we had in Bangkok

Next: Marmalade Toast, 02-11 Ngee Ann City
We went next to Marmalade Toast. This tiny cafe hidden at a quiet corner was serving light food, pastries & dessert.
Another 做作的照片 while waiting for our food
We were kind of disappointed the interior design of the cafe - so we didnt expect much from the food.

But surprisingly, the lemon meringue sponge cake turned out very nicely with a soothing lemon taste & not too sour. There was soft sponge cake, moist. Overall, the taste & texture is just nice !)
We also order the monthy promotion → Chicken Quesadilles with lemonade (was ok except the foo wasn't warm enough)

** what is Quesadilles? It originally waS A Mexican dish which consists of tortillas filled with cheese & other ingredients such as lettuce & then folded into a half moon shape & served with salsa.

Thank you for reading. Love Jia Jia.
